The reason for the virus detection is due to xextool.exe being protected by a program called ASPROTECT which alot of virus scanners detect as a virus, it isnt a virus but it does enter some things into the registry apperently and it can also be used to hide virus's in EXE's.
Also if you remove the ASPROTECT from xextool.exe it stops it being detected as a virus (which can be done easily)

hi how do you remove ASPROTECT from xextool.exe?
thanks in advance

Same question here.  I use both AVG and SEP on two different computers, and both only quarantine the whole file (not clean it in any way/shape/form).  I have the file on the ignore lists for now but would love to clean up my copy...

sharpy_uk and conundrum1911 there are guides on google on how to remove asportect (just google "unpack asprotect"). But since your interested here is Iso2God1.3.2 with XEXtool ASPROTECT unpacked and then UPX'ed to make it really small. And no virus scanner detects it as a virus (tested with jotti online virus scanner)

let me know how it works for you.

seems like iso2god worked properly but the game was not placed in the correct directory. Games must be placed in:

/Content/0000000000000000/12345678

where 12345678 is the game ID for your game

all disc 2 has is extra tracks, which u can extract & then put on hd.
"" /Hdd1/Content/0000000000000000/4D53084D/00000002/  ""
then option to install disc 2 goes away smile.gif

never tryed the 2 disk option on ME, but got FF13 to work with 3 dvd, brought game down from 21gb, to 14gb
& worked fine

It would be great to auto delete the $SystemUpdate folder at the ISO to GOD process...

If I am transfering 10.000 small files to my xbox hdd is slow, but if I am transfering the extract of ISO2GOD to my xbox hdd is fast!

But with the $systemupdate folder "inside" you risk your box get updated sad.gif I guess.

What about if there are two games with the same Title ID (but not Media ID), like GTA4 and Grand Theft Auto Episodes From Liberty City?

If I upload the GOD to my box, I see _only_ the game: GTA4 Liberty City!

So after creating the GOD I have one folder,

545407F2 / 00007000

with two other folders inside:

5E8A47874C0A007C2762.data
9970C8C7FBA02C22AD5B.data
and those files:
5E8A47874C0A007C2762
9970C8C7FBA02C22AD5B

I am using freeStyleDash to start them on the JTAGed box.

EDIT:
updated to the new FSD and it's working, now I have GTA4 and GTA4 LC

On IRC someone told me yesterday that it will remove automatically the $SystemUpdate folder...

Is this true?

Yup,...as long as your setting are correct. wink.gif

On a side note, I can't seem to get the FTP feature to work for me,.....its wierd because flashFXP works fine with all the same settings.(with the exception of being really SLOW 2.5 mb/sec)

There are lots of bugs in the software! I tried to extract Halo 1 and Halo 2 and it says that it cannot find the default.xbe. I used wx360 to extract to a USB drive and they both run perfectly by executing the default.xbe in Xexmenu, but I can't run them as games on demand. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/mad.gif)

Developers, do you have a fix for this?

I tried it on another image I had and it worked for Gauntlet, but I don't know how the ISO was extracted. I used my 0800 BENQ VAD-6038 drive for Halo and Halo 2 and it can't find the default.xbe for those two titles. I used S360X 4.1 with the whole disc stealth Xtreme 3.0 Splitvid settings. I think this might be why. Who knows what settings these are suppose to be for XBOX1 games to work with ISO2GOD 1.3.2?
