GOD2XB1

Rab released GOD2XB1, so Xbox 1 GOD support is now possible:
Quote

This trivial tool will make these modifications to the god package until the new iso2god.
All it does is change that one byte and then rehash the file for you (simplifying these 2 steps):
- Open the CON stub and change the byte at offset 0x346 from 0x70 to 0x50.
- Calculate the SHA-1 hash from offset 0x344 to 0xAFFF (you should be hashing 0xACBC bytes of data) and write the hash value at offset 0x32C.

Pull the Partition 2 files off your stock hard drive. If need be, take it to a live box, and put in your xbox 1 original.

I just downloaded default.zip from Microsoft

http://www.xbox.com/en-GB/games/backwardscompatibility.htm

Run default.xex using your xex launcher of choice, go back to dash and launch your xbox 1 game.

I made a GOD container of my retail PAL copy of Black and it works a treat

Is there any advantage to running xbox originals on the 360?

Plus will this make any xbox 1 game work on the 360 or it depends on if m$ releeased the emu file?

I have it a lot of officially pressed Xbox1 games that I own, how do I make those into these GoD containers?  Also, how can I get partition working on a custom HDD (non X360 official size, it's a 160gb)?  I do have partition 0, 2, 4 or something and did copy partition 2 from official HDD >> to non official but I can't seem to get Xbox games working with it and for obvious reasons, I can't take it to LIVE because the legit Xbox360 won't even read it.

How do I use this? I open it up in CMD and I don't know any of the commands for it.

This only updates it, you still need to have the main files on partition 2.

Also, this just drops an old system update on the hard disk (which you can delete straight away) and a title update (in $titleupdate not in the cache like normal title updates) which is also very old.

Don't download default.xex, instead grab the latest update from here: http://xbuc.24.tl/?searchString=fusion and put it in your cache folder as you would normally.
