Need Help Getting Super Mario War To Compile

I am planning on trying to get Super Mario War moved over to the Xbox 360 as my first little project.  I am a computer engineer and a current software developer, but i have no idea where to start on compiling for xbox360.

Does anyone know of a resource site, or somewhere for me to get up and running, even a hello world tut for 360 should get me more than enough startup to let me get the ball rolling on getting SMW ported.  

Any help would be appreciated!!

Edit:  I should have looked better.  I found a good noob info thread http://forums.xbox-s...howtopic=701228

So it sounds like i need to borrow the Xbox 360 SDK and install it over VS 2005 SP1.  But then for debugging, I remember seeing an app for the 360 that would let you debug on your xbox 360.  Does anyone know what the name of that tool is?  Thanks!
