Even google?

A quick Google turned me on to the Datel website, and its Online Knowledgebase FAQ. To quote the website;(which has a rather obvious error in their wording - haha)

Q: Is XSATA Windows Vista or Windows 7?

A: Yes, the XSATA hardware is compatible with Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7 when used with the latest Xport 360 PC software.

The Xplorer 360 software that may have been supplied with your XSATA product is no longer supported by Datel. Please be sure to download and install the latest version of the Xport 360 software from the support section of codejunkies.com

For assistance with the Xport 360 software, please see the Xport 360 section of this website.

Upon inspecting the Xport 360 section of the website;

Q: Is XPort 360 Compatible with Windows Vista or Windows 7?

A: Yes, v2.12 and higher is compatible with both Windows 7 & Windwos Vista.

NOTE: Some Vista & Win 7 users experiencing problems dragging and dropping data from their PC to thier save device were successfully able to transfer data after disabling UAC control within Windows Vista / Windows 7.

In order to Drag & Drop, you may need to turn off the UAC control in Vista.

Windows Vista
To disable UAC control, please follow these steps:

   1. Open Windows control panel.
   2. Open “User Accounts”
   3. Choose “Change your password”
   4. Choose “Turn User Account Control on or off”
   5. If a dialog box appears, choose “Continue”
   6. Uncheck the box next to: “Use User Account Control(UAC) to help protect your computer.”
   7. Click on “OK”
   8. Restart your PC.

Windows 7
To disable UAC control, please follow these steps:

   1. Click the Start Menu/Windows Icon in the lower left corner of your desktop.
   2. In the "Search Programs and Files" box, type "UAC"
      (no quotes needed)
   3. In the results shown, Under "Control Panel", click "Change User Account Control settings"
   4. Move the slider down to "Never Notify" to disable UAC.
   5. Click on “OK”
   6. Restart your PC.
