I just figured that if ISO2GOD said the folder names should be 8 characters that this might be a requirement on the 360 as well for it to recognise the folder.

What about DLC anyway? Does that have to go under both discs' folders for it to work throughout the game?

DLC is usually a separate subfolder, no?

It's in a subfolder under the game's main folder. So for ME2 for example, the folder for disc1 is 454108CE, under which there's a 00007000 folder for the game and a 00000002 folder for the DLC.

Free AV tends to give false positives IMO. I use ESET Smart Security (used to have Kaspersky) and with either one, I would often come across stuff that is clean and works fine but there will be people who mention that their AV is detecting something. But their AV is always one of the usual free ones like AVN and Avira.

I've read all through this but can't quite figure out where to put the converted folders and files. Where does the "454108A8.data" folder go and I am assuming the "454108A8/00007000" folder goes in the content/0000000000000000 folder. Am I even close?

Nevermind...after reading the readme more thoroughly I get it now but, after transferring it over and trying to launch it, it gives an error and says to re download it.

If you are refering to the Title ID then yes it should only be 8 characters and should not be changed, but the output file names can be whatever as long as they are in the right format. When a game is ripped with NXE the names are about 40 characters long. Ex. Content\0000000000000000\454108CE\00007000\(Letters and Numbers) and Content\0000000000000000\454108CE\00007000\(Letters and Numbers).data\(Data0000, etc.) where "Letters and Numbers" are the same.

I get it now.

Reading it again you did actually say "Rename the LIVE file and folder for one or both of the discs" and not change the Title ID part of the path, so I just misunderstood.

I might be beyond stupid here, but
disk 1 is  454108CE\00007000\2AB71BD89DC58E8FB82F.data and livefile is called 2AB71BD89DC58E8FB82F

I then rename disk 2 to fex: 454108C2.data and 454108C2 (<- live file) and put both of them under disk 1's
00007000 dir?

Spoonfeed me (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

It worked like a charm. But how about a game like Forza Motorsport 3? Is there a way to trick that game to find both dvds? It wants to install disk 2 and cant find it on the hd (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)

Forza Disc 2 is just like DLC, I think you can copy DVD 2 straight into the "\Hdd1\Content\0000000000000000\4d53084d\00000002\" Folder

If you just copy Disc 2 via in game menu it will copy 4 files into that directory
4D53084D0CCF0013
4D53084D0CCF0014
4D53084D0CCF0015
4D53084D0CCF0060

totaling 1.89 GB
