New Formatted Drive

i believe xplorer looks for a hddss.bin installed to the harddrive, and since it hasnt got one on it, thats why it wont pick it up.

isnt there a disk you can load on the 360 with xexloader or xexmenu on it and install it that way? (i believe there is, but i cant remember which one.)

Yes there is but,I have no dvd drive for this console.
Need to load other ways.
I had it show up in xexmenu before I formatted in xbox jtag console(with nxe dash) and can't see it.
Can I load xexmenu on usb stick and then see it?
How to load xexmenu?
Thanks again

to get xexmenu working you are going to need one of the following.

DVD Drive
Xbox Hard Drive(any HDD connected where the standard HDD or DVD Drive should be)
Xbox Mem Card

otherwise there will be no way to load it from the NXE dash

you can also power the 360 from the eject button and load up Xell directly and have xexmenu loaded from a fat32 flash drive.
