Does anyone know of a GOOD replacement fan, most likely not designed for the Xbox 360, that is QUIET and pushes a lot of air?

As for why this program is valuable, it allows users to protect their JTAG Xbox 360's by always maintaining as low a temperature as possible. This is to avoid RROD and other such Xbox 360 "ailments." Excellent app, lots of people will get a lot of use out of this!

this is to patch autospeed to run at 100% from the moment you turn the xbox on to when it goes off works very well keeps my xenon a lot cooler my temps where 90 anot there down between 50-60c

Is there a way to modify the automatic speed control? Right now it doesn't really turn up the fans unless the 360 gets WAY too hot. If we could set it to increase fan speed at a lower threshold it would solve a lot of temp problems without too much noise.

I'm getting a "failed to launch game" error with XexMenu on a patched 100% .xex. I tried the stock .xexes and they haven't worked either--as far as I can tell, at least.

Can someone point out my horrible ignorance? I'd be much appreciative.  smile.gif

To use this you need to download the old version of FanSpeedFlasher from the usual places. Then download ddxcb's patches and use Patcher.exe to patch FanSpeedFlasher.xex. For example I used the 60% patch file to patch autospeed.xex. I then ran autospeed.xex from XeXMenu and reboot my console. The fans now run at 60% at all times.

The temps I posted are from my Falcon.

I stumbled on to this the other day and found it also works on my jasper BB as well on all the speeds.

A increased threshold speed on the auto speed would be great if possible.

Thanks heaps  (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beerchug.gif) ddxcb
