This is a Godsend, I can finally ditch my XP 32bit dual boot. It's working nicely in my W7 64bit, but whenever I try to load 'template_ix16-liteon93450_nostealth.bin' into the target area I get a 'Parse Failed !' error. It loads all other non-stealth 1.6 files just fine, including the 83850Cv2 template.

Anyone else come across this issue?

I installed this, following the instructions for win 7 x64 and things seemed ok. as i turned on my ck3 i had major reezes and lockups, but it found my liteon 74 drive.
So i started to flash. As soon as i switched the drive on and off to erase my pc froze and nothing would work.
after rebooting i ran the drive through l-o-eras as it could not be seen in windows, but after successfully getting the 72 code from l-o-eras the drive is still dead and dosflash will not see my drive it keeps saying
no atapi devices present and does not even show the port that i always use.
I have done many drives but this is the first time i could not get a drive back after using l-o-eras.
any ideas would be great. tia

No installation is necessary since JF loads PortIO on the fly.

Just a small suggestion that would be the icing on the cake for me, how about having an option to chose what FW files JF autoloads?

I thought you could just re-name the firm you want it to load to that which jf asks for. Ie if its asking for 1.61 but you want it to load 1.6 just rename 1.6 to 1.61. I have not tested that sorry.

No, it won't load renamed files.
