Xplorer360/xport 360 Problems

So ive been tryin to hook up a 20gb harddrive with the microsoft transfer cable that came with a 120gb harddrive, but the problem is the 20gb harddrive will not start, (according to the device manager), so it doesnt show up in xplorer360 or xport 360.

but the programs will read the 120gb harddrive using the same cable.. idk whats goin on, hope ya'll can help =]

don't quote me on this but i do think the newer versions are patched for 120-250 GB hard drives...

or pull it out of the case and direct hook it up to your pc then read it...
