Could This Be Done So People Can Check If Their Consoles Were Banned F

a virtual 360 environment, I guess an emulator but it doesn't have to emulate the GUI properly or anything, it should just be able to get online and connect to live.
Now before making this thing connect to live people should be able to configure it in a way so that it would emulate their 360, either by entering their console's serial number somewhere or using a full NAND dump of their system with the emulator.

Once a way is found for this emulator to run a virtual console with the proper serial the user connects to live with it, something like that one DOS program that downloads updates and IOS's for Wii on PC straight from Nintendo and checks if your 360 has been banned or not, assuming MS detect the system by its serial number.
