Is there a guide or tutorial for using jungle flasher to flash a benq drive yet? I have not been able to find one.
Heres my guide if it's any use:
1. Connect your Benq to your pc's sata controller and boot into Windows WITHOUT turning the drive on. Once in Windows, turn the drive on.
2. Start Jungleflasher and click the MTK Flash 32 tab
At the I/O Port section on the left hand side, select the port that shows your Benq drive in the Drive
Properties section
Click the Benq Unlock button - a message will appear saying the drive is unlocked
Click the Read button and your existing Benq firmware will be read - save this file. It will be called
BENQ-OFW.bin
3. Click the FirmwareTool 32 tab
Click the Load Source Firmware button and select your BENQ-OFW.bin file
Click the Open Target Firmware button and select the ix15Benq.bin
Click Spoof Source To Target button
Click the Save To File button - save as Benq_CFW.bin
4. Click the MTK Flash 32 tab again
Click Write and your drive will first be erased and then the Benq_CFW.bin will be written to your drive.
Thats it really.

great work to all involved in this software etc , what i would like to know is.........is there any major reason to use this version of jungleflasher if the previous version worked fine for you?
I'm thinking the FirmTool 32 Liteon bug has been resolved with this release.

To these who have made it all way in jungleflasher, like Read(of course), erase & write successfull without make the PC freez...
What PC do you guys have? chipset? via card?... what makes it freez like that? im getting my CK3 probe soon and whant to know if im set up to go all the way in jungle flasher.
Don't use Jungleflasher for Liteon erase/write. Use Dosflash16 (DOS version) and L-O-Eras.
