I am trying to use 360 firmware 4.8 tools and every time i try to use the exe. file it says msinet.ocx are not currently registered so i copy to the sys32 file and regsvr32 in the command prompt as an administrator,      and i still cannot get it to register,     it says "the module "msinet... failed to load" 'make sure the binary is stored at the specified path or debug it to check for problems with the binary or dependent .dll files.' Also i am running 64 bit vista Any help will be much appreciated.
