Problem With Xbc 2.6

I have backed up a lot of X360 games in the past, and I am trying to do one now for the first time in 6 months. I put the game in my Kreon flashed Toshiba drive. I open Xbox backup creator 2.7 and it says "This is not a true 1 to 1 copy of the image"

What does this error mean? I have backed up many games before and have never seen this error.
