Upload Game To Hdd Via Pc

Is there a program to upload game when i connect xbox harddrive to PC?
because i connect hdd to pc and see game are with 200mb files not like on dvd where are 3-5 files only with 1-3gb
my drive can,t read some games in 40-80% when instaling on hdd

that's because you have to put the game on the hdd through the 360 dashboard.
