A Few Questions Before I Upgrade My 360 Hdd

Hello everyone, I'd like to ask you a few questions before trying to upgrade my 20gb HDD to a 120gb one.
1. Would a Western Digital 120gb WD1200BEVS work?
2. When transferring the data from the 20gb drive to the 120gb one, does it transfer everything? (DLC, Profiles, Themes, etc.)
3. Can I get banned from Live by doing this? (I'm using the leaked NXE, didn't connect the network cable yet)
4. Is the performance the same for both HDD?
5. Can I use the 20gb drive for something else? Like using it as a USB drive by inserting it into a USB SATA enclosure
