Hey everyone. I have been spending a good chunk of my time trying to compile and .deb'ify abgx360 on Ubuntu. After many long hours, I have managed to come up with something I am satisfied with and I thought I would share.
This .deb file will install abgx360 and its GUI. It will also add all of its stealth files to each users home directory. It will also add an easily found link to the program in Application -> Accessories if you are using GNOME. If you are not it can be easily started from the terminal by typing "abgx360gui" without the quotes.
The only issues I am having, is the files it adds to the home directory are all owned by root. So deleting them manually is a bit of a pain. But simply uninstalling will remove the files automatically. Also, for some reason, in the GUI, the words often get cut off, which makes some options hard to read. I have no idea why it is doing this, but it is a known issue.
So if anyone wants to let me know how it is working for them let me know.
BTW, I am in no way taking credit for the work of others by releasing this. I did not make this program, I just compiled the source and made it into an easy to install package for others to use.
