yes. Extract the folder for each gamesave from your 20gb drive to your desktop with xplorer360. Connect your 120gb drive to your pc and copy those folders to your 120gb drive in the same partition and location.

Bear in mind that some of these saves may not work on your new drive, and will show up as corrupted. Forza 2 saves are this way, you'll have to go by trial and error for others.
