Xbc Doesnt Run On Vista Ultimate?

i try to run get run time error '339'  'Componet MSCOMCTL.OCX'  or one of its dependecies not correctly registered :  a file is missing or invalid this with 2 differnt versions of XBC  huh.gif  EDIT nevermind googled 'Componet MSCOMCTL.OCX'  stuck it in c windows system and it works
