Application To Modify 360 Iso's

Hey there everyone, been a while since i've been on these forums, curious as to if there are any programs out there that can edit the region setting of an iso file that's been previously saved.  If not i'm looking into perhaps programming one with the help of some others who have some indepth info on the dvd's.
