Okay, I have the BenQ drive and a samsung 25. So how do I read the drive to get my ID string? Do I have to do the cutting of the traces and install a switch like the older BenQ Drive?

Any version will work, assuming it is from a x360 console. So, it could me ms19-ms28, but most that you find will be ms25 or ms28. You will want to get a ms25 or lower if you dont have a VIA chipset.
