To get your key you still need to manually open the 256 orig.bin dump with a hex editor program. There are free open source editors which you can download and use.
The important informatation on the Benq drive that there are two models.
The firmware templates that gigabyte is talking about is for the newer 64930C.
Secondly on the newer benq firmware the key location, there will be four possible keys but only one correct one starting from hex location c030 - c060

When getting your key you need to copy the one 32 digit string.
Start with c060
eg:
f1 b1 fd 37 95 74 17 79 80 19 77 1b a9 fd d5 45
Use firmware toolbox to open the spoofed samsung ixteme or xtreme firmaware by gigabyte. I would first try using just the xtreme template first.
Just paste key and replace key. Now just flash your sammy Ms25 with the firmware.
If is give you errors eg put disk in 360 console, try the next key string @c030.
then c040, c050 until it boots games.
