Slow Mce Extender?

Ive been messing around with the settings on my Vista MCE box to try to get the connection times to my 360 faster.  Through turning off unnecessary services and startup programs, Ive managed to get the connection time down to ~15-20 seconds or 3-4 passes of the "contacting" meter on the 360 screen.  Now Im curious, what is the "normal" connection time for most people using their 360 as a MCE extender?  

Please post your connection times, either in seconds or in passes of the "Contacting" meter.
