I have done everything right with this unit and I can't get it to work. I've installed the software (also updated the program), hooked up my HD, get the blue light, and nothing.

The software cannot find my HD. Windows recognized USB Mass HD Storage Device.

Anyone else had similar problems or know of a solution?

I'm beginning to think this is a piece of junk.

i have an xport and it works fine. mine has hdd docking station memory card slot and adapter for xbox 1 memory cards.. and im using it in vista with no probs. did u get the updated driver from datel website?

the same things happened to me until i right clicked and hit "Run as Adminstrator". hope it helps.

if your running vista run the application as administrator
