Connect360 Not Recognizing Xbox360, Or Other Way Around...
« on: June 15, 2007, 08:58:00 PM »

Computer: Intel iMac Core Duo 1.83 ghz, Mac OS X 10.4.9
Connection Type: wireless-g to router
Miscellaneous: running connect360 3.1, also running SMB share through SharePoints, Mac OS firewall is off

XBox 360 connection type: wired ethernet connection to wireless-g router, set to obtain IP automatically
Miscellaneous: can connect to xbox live

Router: Airlink101 AR525w MIMO wireless-g, factory firmware

So far, my computer is configured to share through Connect360, which is apparently UPnP based. Although it is waiting for an xbox 360 to show up on the network, the console does not detect any media-sharing PCs when I hit "yes" under the music menu per FAQ instructions. The access control list is turned off, and I have even tried turning it on and adding the IP of the console, but to no success. Any and all help is much appreciated, thanks in advance.
