Wmp11 Doesn't Share Music From Mapped Network Drive?

Hey guys,

I set up WMP 11 to share music out to my Xbox 360.  Everything is running fine with music that is located on the hard drive of my PC.  I can see it and play it on my 360 with no problems.  I also have a drive mapped to a network share on my file server where I keep all my music, that's labeled Z:.  The music on the Z: is available in the WMP11 library as I have that folder monitored under options.  However none of it shows up on the Xbox 360.  Is this by design or is it a bug?  I've searched the Internet for hours and can't find an answer.  No one seems to mention using WMP 11 with a mapped network drive.  Thanks.
