I am currently using imgburn to burn backups, the problem is that I cant get Xbox Backup Creator to run, I get a runtime error along the lines of: Run-Time Error 339 component mscomctl.ocx is missing.

Which is why i m using imgburn.

There in lays the problem. I am getting the error: The semaphore timeout period has expired

I am burning at the lowest speed possible and still get the error. I have burned 1 backup sucessfully but it still had the The semaphore timeout period has expired error. The game will play but i have to open and close the drive several times to get it to work. (it isnt the open tray error, it says the disc is unreadable)

Is there something i can do? I have tried using clone CD and the burn process failed.

Any help would be great as i am on disc #10 of the 20 i have and i really wouldnt like to waste any more.
