Xtreme Bootmaker Boot Cd Help

my pc wont boot from a usb drive and the floppy drive controller is broken so i have to do it the hard drive way and use a ntfs boot cd. my problem is that i dont have a clue what to do to make the ntfs boot cd. i have all the files on my hard drive and ready to go except for that cd. ppplllleeeeaaasseeee help. ty for any help
