some of the Kreon drive are a bit difficult on the position they have, try switching it master/slave and primary/secondary IDE.

also sometimes the first flash is not perfect, it happened that people had to reflash it.

If not you can try the basic method with isobuster/dvdinforpro (not to do all your backup),just to see if it is your drive that is the problem.
This is the best tutorial , only in step 2 change the FF 08 01 01 for FF 08 01 11 01 as per image below

you were right.....so far it made it past the ss part of extracting the game.....i just put my pioneer on slave and sammy on master

OK, what about this one.... is it normal for schtrom to extract soo slow? the first couple games it took around 15 minutes......now they take around 45-50 minutes

sound like you have gone in PIO mode (should be DMA).
Note there are new XBCr and schtrom out today

is there a way to go from PIO mode to dma ? i mean i got it extracting games again to 15 minutes....but today i was trying to extract this game nba street courtside ..using schtrom 3.2 but it would not get passed the ss bin part...i tried xbc 2.3 clicked on unlock drive , I could extract everything except the ssbin ..so i i got rid of it and used xbc 2.4 clicked on unlock drive then extracted the SS and in did......Then i tried schtrom 3.2 again ...and it worked . But the games started taking an hour again ..So i opened my computer and changed the ide cables around...Now its back to 15 minutes again?

?? ...and i also use both drives on master and both work fine ......slave on my sammy drive , it will come out not detected.......So i guess i just need help switching pio to dma without phiscaly opening my computer....or do i have to open it??

You need to know where you installed you burner (Primary IDE channel or secondary), and the position on the channel (master or slave). If you do not know, there are tools like nero info tool (in configuration tab) that will tell you what is installed where.

Then go in control panel/system/hardware/device manager/IDE controllers
right click on the channel (primary/secondary depending on your burner position)
and select properties/advanced settings
Choose the proper device (0 is master , 1 is slave) and in should say Ultra DMA Mode x.
if not in the transfer mode, select DMA if available.
