Xbox 360 Controller Suddently Not Responding
« on: February 03, 2007, 09:38:00 PM »

Before, I've used my 360 controller countless times on Vista RTM.

Now, it's acting up. I plug in my controller, and it works for 15 seconds then "shuts off" and doesn't respond. I can unplug and replug, but it does the same thing. Sometimes, I will watch the "installing drivers" icon in the corner, and sometimes it says it failed.  Game controllers still sees it there but I'm unable to calibrate or use it. I've tried updating to the latest software, uninstall/reinstall, and disable/reinable. Still nothing.

Anyone got any ideas that can assist me through this indevour? Thanks ahead of time.
