Xtreme Boot Maker Problem

I recently got a via 6421A sata drive
It has installed correctly but when it comes to detecting the device and IO, i get an error saying that "object reference not set to an instance of an object"

What should I do?

Can someone please clarify if the sata chipset with the BLACK pci input works?
