Xbox Backup Creator Problem

I'm no expert but I had the same problem. It was just a dirty disk. I washed it and it read fine from then on. I was learning so I had to read the image several times and it read ok everytime after I cleaned it. Don't fill the sectors with 0's, I don't think it will run, you need all that data it will skip.
