switzch- If you selected "Complete Backup" then the app will do it for you, with the execption:
If you used kreon's SH-D1632C v.80 firmware and you are making a Xbox One backup, then you need to fix the security sector before writing the image.

xtreme_360fw- thanks, that is what it is here for!

kollision- thanks!

I'm getting this lockup when I insert media into my writer as well.  Can I just write the image it creates with Clone CD or similar???

Yes you can, what brand is the media? Does it only happen with that brand?

I have 2 lots of disks, RiDisc and Verbatims.  Works fine until one is inserted and locks up exactly as other people have described (will not end from task manager, needs a reboot)

both the RiDisc and Verbatims lock up?  Ill look into the code tonight, can I send you a test build? I need to add some logging that will tell me exactly which function is causing the issue.

I don't have my 360 yet to try but wondering if I need a new burner as well.

   Initializing Writer [D]
Media capacity 358 KB (366,592 bytes)
Image size 7.05 GB (7,572,881,408 bytes)
Media cannot hold the final expected image size
Application Error in: BurnISO

Knoxundead - Not sure about the media capacity this, was that a user error or was it a application error, was it really a blank DVD+R DL?

But this was a bug, and has now been fixed, thanks!

Seems to be a little bug in your program or my setup is acting up. I ended up having to just burn my image with imgburn, which correctly identified the disc and burned my image successfully.  The full name of the meida is Verbatim DVD+R 8.5gb 2.4x.

This is a lttile off topic but does anyone know a program that will test the quality of a burnt disc and display graphs of the result?

I need someone who gets a application lockup after inserting a blank DVD+R DL into the drive. PM me if you are willing to test some things.  Thanks

In order to test a dvd you can use CD/DVD speed , it is freeware.

A great place to find info on it, is in the  post of CD/dvd speed at CDfreaks . This is an example of a result of a very good burn (for double layer).

For the rest cdfreak is to dvd burning and testing what this here is to X-Box, you can go as deep as you want.

rgds, soso

Great work, I successfully made a working copy of Saints Row,  using a SH-D162C for ripping and a DVR-110D for burning.

Hey Tanas, can you tell me what firmware version are you running on your 110D, please. Just want to make sure all my ducks are lined up when I go to burn.

Redline - great, easy to use app. Thanks.
