Creating Wmvs Readable By 360

i'm going to suggest giving transcode360 a shot. its a program that will run on your winXPmce machine, and it will automatically convert everything for you on the fly. this means that you don't have to re-encode anything. you just have to select the video's from your 360 and transcode will do the work while its streaming.

Transcode wont work with HD Mkv or Avi.
