Dvdinfopro Freezes..

It's been a while since I backep up an xbox 360 game.  I Recently bought Chromehounds and I'm trying to back it up but my dvdinfopro release just freezes and If I try an older version..when I select the

 **send custom command **  the SEND field button does not show up..

How have you guys managed to get around this problem...thanks.... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

So frustrating... it was working a couple of weeks ago...I just downloaded the never-ending trial-version-with-advert release of dvdinfopro and it still does not show the SEND button when selecting the

*send custom command*...  

It's in mode XTRM0800, I can see the xbox360 drive in windows, I can reflash it back and forth from original to xtrme800 to modded... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/ph34r.gif)

I had this error and i found the solution was not to have a dvd in the drive when pressing this button smile.gif

But now i dont get the right options up :/
