Pgr With Wxripper

MyQuestion is, Are tracks 3 and 4 in PGR dummy files?I kept getting a CRC errors on those tracks and dummied them in hex editor. It dumped fine then. Cant burn it just yet to test but was wondering that anyone that has  done PGR can let me know. The disk is pretty scratched which is one of the reasons I want to get a backup.
