Windows Media Center W/ 360

does anyone know how to use windows media center with xbox 360? i tried to hook up my 360 to my cpu to transfer files onto the hard drive but my cpu and windows media center would not recognize the 360... help!!

Ok, first I have no idea what your referring to. What is the "cpu" you talk about. The Media Extender is built into the 360. In order for the extender part of the 360 to work, you MUST have Windows Media Center 2005 on your computer. Alot of people use it as a secondary boot on their PC. Some people (me in-cluded) reformated their PC and installed it as a default operating system. You must update your computer to get it all working.
