If I am right, this app takes the key from your 360 and applies it to a firmware for a drive your going to put back in "your" 360. All 360 have their "unique" code, not universal. So if you were to get a new drive off someone or purchase one, you need to apply the key from your orignal drive to the new and your ready to go. Has nothing to do with backups, just storing and swaping keys to another drive. Somewhat how a hdd lock code worked on the original xbox if you wanna picture it like that.

If u download the rar archive from the page foros360 the fw is in the archive.. i dunno if it's a dummy file or not..

Yeah, I know! I've got the file from their website, still currious what the firmware does (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
