This is the main window. It shows you your friend list and the current status of each friend..

Connecting.......

Hmmm......Doesn't seem to work. Still just "Connecting....." I used my xbox.com login info. Still nothing.

Well I uninstalled it and reinstalled and it works now, still took a little while to connect but its working now. Nice little app I must say, very clever.

i can't figure it out either, but it's a MAJOR Memory Hog for not doing anything. (53,000)

This is nice and all, but XBList has many more options, such as organizing your friends list from the app (as in add/delete friends). XBList also shows gamercards and halo 2 stats (it started as only that). I much prefer it over this little app. Just my 2 cents.

I figured out how to get it to work. Like everyone else i couldnt get this dam thing to work then i signed onto xbox.com and it connected. So just connect to xbox.com while the program is up and it should work.

I had to logout and back in for it to work also.
