MCE Video Encoder v1.0.2.0 beta *Updated*

I can get by the network problems and even start the encoder in xbox360 media center but beyond that nothing!!

No stream. No pictures nothing even when selecting play stream. What gives? should it play immediately or do you have to wait half an hour then try and play the stream. pretty naff if thats the case.

Also I have tried to encode avi files back to playable files using videora but crappy xbox360 media centre doesn't recognise any other files bar those in the my videos folder on c drive despite sharing on media connect and sharing my movie folder on network also.

I have win xp pro on c partition and mce and d partition.

Everytime I try to play a streamed video (ANY streamed video) with MCEVE on my 360, it says I don't have the right codecs installed, but I'm sure I do, since the videos work fine on my laptop. What's wrong here?
