Reinstall Media Center Extender

Today my 360 could not find my Media Center PC.  I decided to reconnect but it told me I had to go to www.xbox.com/pcsetup on my PC.  I tried to run the setup but after accepting the license agreement it tried to run the setup and logs me out of my system.

I went to Add/Remove Programs to uninstall Media Center Extender but it logs me off too shortly after I begin the uninstall.

Has anyone seen this or have a fix short of a reinstall?
