I have also a other problem now, my stream seems to be freezing up after about 10 to 20 minutes  huh.gif . It happens with different divx files, and the only thing i can do is press 'stop' and start the stream from the beginning  mad.gif . Anyone else discovered this????

Yes d3rax I have had the exact same problem. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling all codecs. It seems to work fine when trying through media centre in windows but freezes 20-25 minutes into movies when going through the XBOX360. Was so excited too as no other streaming solution had worked for me up to this point.

only edit line 25 , leave the rest on default.

You only need to edit the path that is highlighted here : http://img133.imagev...e=36982_use.JPG

ok i tried that, but then i get the 1 and 0 error... there's subfolders in this root folder that im trying to get to...

do i need to do anything more?

thanks

Hi guys,

Sorry if this has been mentioned. Any way of fast forwarding?

Program works great btw tho i do get an error every so often but a ctrl-alt-del and relancer fixes that.

not having a fast forward (as far as i know) is this programs only possible negative.

Thanks alot keep up the good work neor.

Press B to switch out of full screen mode and you'll see buttons underneath the movie.  Navigate to the buttons and press the Fast Forward button >> to fast forward.  It jumps quite a bit and takes a second to do it, so be patient.  And if you keep pressing the button, it will keep doing it, so go slow.  To return the movie to full screen, just navigate to the frame of the movie (the movie will have a highlighted area around it) and then press A.

I'm getting the same thing.  I put the path there and it just goes to a blank blue screen with something like "1 out of 0 folders" displayed on the bottom of the screen.  I'm assuming VLC360 isn't finding my path for some reason.  Does it make a difference that it is a mapped network drive?

Have you tried pressing B to exit full screen mode and then selecting the stop button underneath the video?  It looks a little funky because it is made of text characters, but the thing that looks like [] is the stop button.

Eh, I'm not involved in the development, but I assume there are remote control options that will do the same thing.  Unfortunately I got stuck with the Core system sad.gif and didn't want to fork over the extra cash for the remote just yet.  (I already had to pay 40 bucks for the component cables and 100 for the hard drive plus 50 for a wireless controller, so I already paid 90 bucks more than the Premium system and I still don't have all the stuff it comes with.  mad.gif  cussing.gif - but I was lucky enough to find one, so I guess it's not that bad.  biggrin.gif )

Also to anyone having problems adding a path... you have to use forward slashes "/" instead of backslashes "\".  I just found that out on their official support forums...
