Great program! I have one question, when I use subtitles in VLC360 the text is yellow, but when I use Transcode 360 it's white, how come?

Hi,

Great doftware- this worked perfectly were all else failed!

I have one question though - the system is used by my wife whilst im out and navigating through the C drive etc into my movie folders etc can be quite a task.

Is there any way to start in a lower folder and see everything underneath that rather than seeing A C D Drives completely?

Hope this can be achieved.

Graham.

put your avi and srt on the same directory

ex:
c:\video.avi
c:\video.srt

VLC doesn't support :  '  on the name of the files

trying to set up mine to just go to a certain folder... i went down 25 lines in the videomain.html file in notepad, then switched to

   var xml = new ActiveXObject("Msxml2.DOMDocument.3.0");
         xml.async = false;
      var dir = 'F:\Video Files for MCE\';

      if (dir == null)
      {
         dir = 'F:\Video Files for MCE';
      }

is this how its supposed to be?

also, all i get now is a white screen when i load vlc. someone please advise.

thanks... also i clicked the link to the other site http://jortega74.fre...c.php?p=178#178
to follow this on understanding how to set vlc to just go from one root folder, and couldnt figure it out. so dont just link me there please.

only edit line 25 , leave the rest on default.

You only need to edit the path that is highlighted here : http://img133.imagev...e=36982_use.JPG
