I got everything set up and it runs but i got the message box from MMC stating "NOT DESIGNED FOR MEDIA CENTER" and i cannot move the button to click on dont ask me again and or vew now. What should i do?
thanx in advanced.
Read the first post. You need to create another .mcl file that just links to a site like google and then you can check that box. I posted a link to an .mcl (That you put in the same locations) that will browse the xbox-scene homepage and allow you to check the box. I think it's on page 2.

Hey Xexter, how did you get the emu to run in MC? I would like to know so that I can put different programs into MC.
Basically the NESCafe Java Application is embeded in an HTML file that is then linked to a .MCL file that Media Center reads and displays. (It wasn't rocket science) The Big deal was finding out what xbox controller buttons map to what keyboard keys when you press them. I included the Xbox Controller Map so everyone would know what keys were mapped in the emulator as well as what buttons press what keys. People should be able to use it in other apps, sites, etc by sticking to that map.

About time someone posted this
I thought of it before it was out, same with PSP, if you can access the web or content on a pc theres many possibiltys.
now the thing I dont get is why you are having troubles making a rom selection list
I've been using Potato & NesCafe for years, you can play mame roms too

I was also working with some java dev kits to make these work on my Cell phone
having issues with the menus on my Moto v600
The Rom selection list will need to be activated and then post back to the nes.htm page with the selection. If you can do it, by all means go for it. There isn't anything stopping you from editing the stuff I posted and adding a menu. I will be working on that today, but if you beat me to it more power to ya!
PotatoMulti will not work yet, have you even tried to create a local copy of it and getting it to display in a browser?
Sounds like you need to focus your attention and help us out!

lags quite a bit for me, but my lan is slow as hell
not my processor though, I have a AMD fx60
Your LAN speed is going to be the big key for this to work. This is basically an RDP session to the media center box so it is sending video/keyboard commands to the media center. So it is having to send each paint of the window to the Xbox over the network...
