A new version of Connect360(info), the tool to stream your music and images from your Mac OSX to your Xbox 360 console, has been released.
What's new/fixed (v1.7):
* Now works on Intel based Macs
* Fixes AIFF support

I grant some of the version number changes for this might seem overly rash for whats changed, but 2.0 does entirely change how the program runs and is installed on system, making it more convenient and out of the way.

I would have gone with this quote from the headline:

"A new version of Connect360(info), the tool to stream your music and images from your Mac OSX to your Xbox 360 console, has been released."

Sounds interesting though, I hope something comes along with more of the ol' XBMC functionality so we can all unleash the full potential of our 360s, but that will probably have to wait until it's hacked.  Or until MS figures out a way to sell you a bunch of addons to unlock what's already possible.

boo this application sucks twonkymedia is better and does the exact same thing as this crappy application every time i try to connect to my 360 the application tells me cannot connect to mport 3366 and 5500 which is very strang considering i have full access to all those ports

Just because it doesnt work for you it doesnt suck. works fine for me. brilliant.
