Does this tool have F:\ drive support? Also would it work for softmods as well?

Well adding the saves worked this time angerwound...awesome...Thanks. Now you just need to add drag and drop and a multifile upload and a progress indicator...I tested all my saves and it worked great.

Awesome!

Is there a tutorial you can link mr to on this procedure?  Thanks!

You just have to plug it into your Xbox, it formats it automatically.

As stated by Anger, it only works on Unlocked HD's.

Nice work, this is amazing. So very pleased to see backwards support for original Xbox. Keep it up!

at this stage, you probably know just as much as anybody else. not to sound mean or anything, but give it a try and report back with your results, be a trooper lol.  I would test it for you but i really dont want to take my xbox apart to get the hard drive out....all the crap i have put in it it sortof jammed in there and it is really hard to get the lid closed lol.

You could give it a try?  At this point (I can't say for sure) you'll have to do some hex editing to any file you want to play from the harddrive, and files that need to be signed won't ever be possible to modify until signature checking is cracked.  That will be quite some time.

In response to an earlier post, no, I didn't add partition 6 / F drive support in that build.  I was trying to decide what to do about partitions past the standard 5, since they are implemented by the bios and partition offsets and sizes will vary from system to system.  If I just blindly implemented partition 6 to take up the rest of the drive, and someone used it who had a partition 7, there would be a possibility of writing to later "clusters" and overwriting partition 7.  The solution to this I was figuring on was to find the exact offset of partition 7 used on .67 bioses, but I haven't gotten around to it, so for now 6th partition + support is disabled to prevent unwitting damage to the partition.  Well that, and the cluster map's size varies on the partition size / cluster count.

Check the turoail on 360gamesaves for memoard stuff. It explains how to install generic usb drivers that are stored on your windows system rather then downloading custom ones.

so is this the first step to getting a larger hdd to work on a 360 like the xbox 1???? if it can read and write can all the info on the 360 hdd be put on a larger hdd and someone find some edit to put full backup games in the demo section of the hdd program and then some kind of adapter to plug into the side of the xbox 360 where the original 360 hdd would go??
