Not Connecting With Mce 2005

I setup my 360 with media center and when i did the step by step it worked perfectly. until not too long ago it stoppped working keeps on giving me an error stating that another Media center is inturupting kinda message not sure really how it goes... but basically it is telling me another MC product is running and not letting me 360 connect. i tried reinstalling the 360 with MC and nothing. Reformmated with MCE 2005 and nothing.

I am running Dual boot system, XP HOME and MCE 2005

Any ideas or anyone with the same problem

Had the same problem myself, this worked for me:

1. Uninstalled Media Connect and rebooted.
2. turned off firewall and antivirus.
3. downloaded media connect from thislink. Installed, configured  and rebooted.
4. Downloaded and installed Xbox 360 Media Connect hereinstalled and configured and rebooted.
