It should be in the tabs settings but it's not:

You can choose to display it here:

Tools -> Options -> Security: Untick "This is a shared computer so don't display my tabs"

EDIT: You meant MSN Messenger right? If someone says MSN I assume Messenger otherwise it's Hotmail

For so far I know they "shutdown" the Xbox tab for now, prolly will be back later this year, no exact date yet though
