same exact problem as you kids
i sat on the phone with M$ no help

i have a 2wire wireless gateway but i hve it wired now

i have tried ICS and Direct Connect.  I have no problem getting Xbox Livebut seeing my computer i always get a  "failed" thing!

ne help is greatly appreciated
