I've not seen anything about making a custom boot intro, google doesnt really turn up anything.

Is anyone messing with this, anyone tried anything? I'd even settle for using an older boot intro. I assume its stored in the nand, since it changes occasionally with fresh styled dashboards.

I've actually always wondered about this too. I'm surprised that there hasn't ever been any talk of it. It would be pretty cool if you could change it somehow with something like dash launch and then launch into your custom dashboard.

I'm pretty sure that people have even figured out how to do this with jailbroken PS3's. I'm surprised the 360 scene hasn't yet. Then again, it's all security, so that's probably why we're behind in that area.
