Which Dashlaunch For 9199?

DashLaunch 2.02 was the last one created for the 9199 kernel. All other DashLaunches are only for 12611.

DashLaunch most definitely edits the NAND. That's what it's designed (and supposed) to do.
That being said, it's not unsafe. It's a well written and well tested program.

There's no other way to get the multi-disc plugin to work without it.
